MSNBC and XM Satellite Radio will be parting ways next month.

There's no word as to who dumped who or why the two are no longer together, only that MSNBC will no longer be on channel 130, effective September 4th.

A page up on Oprah's website gives us a the first hard date (that I've seen at least) of Oprah's debut on XM Satellite Radio - September 25 - on XM ch 156 (already in "preview mode").

The site also encourages readers to submit their questions to Oprah's best friends with the possibility of having it featured on the air:

I'm curious to see exactly how much influence Oprah has in the days up to, and following, the launch of her new channel. With 49 million viewers every week, how many will convert? Time will only tell.
