According to Consumer Reports, the XM2go Battery Recall is being fulfilled at a rate of nearly 10,000 batteries per week to customers. The number of MyFi, AirWare, and Tao XM2go owners might be as many as 660,000 total - XM identifies those with suspect batteries through its subscription records. At that rate, it could take up to a year to get all the batteries out.
So here's a question, has anyone not received their replacement battery yet?
