The boys over at Jalopnik had the distinct opportunity to crawl around the new XM Infotainment Infiiniti QX56 vehicle over at the North American International Autoshow in Detroit.
There's nothing really much new from what we saw last week - XM NavTraffic, NavInfo, NavWeather, etc - but Travis did seem to get to snap off additional shots that I missed. So that alone makes it worth checking out.

Why would kids want to know gas prices? or the weather? stock prices?! or the channel screen for which they cant control? Why?!? I love it and all..but it doesnt seem to be logical to put screens like that in the back seat.
Kids need to know what the gas prices are so that they'll be able to tell if Mommy and Daddy can afford to take them to Chuck E. Cheese. Of course, the answer will always be no. This beautiful QX56 averages 14 MPG according to EPA estimates. That's slightly worse than the MINI that Sirius had displayed at the CES.
It's a fucking demo vehicle. You put a video screen wherever there's space, doesn't matter if it's "logical" or not.
Ok smart ass, where would YOU but the 3 screens if you (not saying u could afford it) had the car? Whats your logic? At least sirius puts' logic' into their product and gives tv access to kids..NOT stock updates..LLOLL BRILLIANT!!

Hmm, lemme see. I would put the screens where all the business partners and media attendees would be sitting.
You still think this is a reallife car on display... at an autoshow. It's a demo car moron. Stop LLOLL'ing at me like a fucking shithead, and start thinking.
